I’m Shannon. Nice to meet you!

I build things for the internet, I write, and I am more enthusiastic about paleontology than a non-paleontologist adult should be. I hail from the beautiful town of New Orleans, Louisiana and now live in the beautiful town of Oakland, California.

Here are some things I’ve been working on:

• The Museum of Art and Digital Entertainment
  I volunteer at Oakland’s MADE, a playable console video game museum, which is exactly as fun as it sounds. They also offer classes, community events, and volunteering opportunities around gaming culture and creation. I help run their website and contribute to their social media presence.

• “Tank Flintlock”
  An interactive adventure tale of talking crabs and grizzled former antiheroes, set on a discarded resort planet called Ostia. There are also puns. Still in the works. Stay tuned!
